We are unable to offer refunds/exchanges as all our products are custom made to your specifications. In the event that we have made an error in your final product, we will take all steps necessary to correct the situation. We do ask that you please be extra careful in filling out your personalization fields as we cannot be responsible for typos.
Delivery Time
Please be advised that all of our items are custom made when ordered. Current ship time is within 10 business days of receipt of payment.
Shipping
Shipping will be added at checkout and will vary depending on your order. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Feel free to contact us regarding rush orders. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs, but additional charges will apply.
