We are unable to offer refunds/exchanges as all our products are custom made to your specifications. Please be advised that all of our items are custom made when ordered. Current ship time is within 10 business days of receipt of payment.

Shipping will be added at checkout and will vary depending on your order. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Feel free to contact us regarding rush orders. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs, but additional charges will apply.
